How it works
- Tell us about the event and the text you want printed. You send the photo when we reply — no file to upload here.
- We send you a digital proof within 2 business days.
- One round of changes is included. Extra revisions are $10 each.
- Once you approve, we print in 2 business days and USPS delivers in 2–5 — most orders arrive within a week of your approval.
Please double-check spelling and dates before approving — we print exactly what you approve. If we do not hear from you within 5 days, we print the latest proof.
Every project is priced on its own — the model, the materials, the quantity and how much of it is custom. Tell us what you have in mind and we will come back with a real number.
The questions people actually ask

Why is there no price on this page?
Because there is no single answer. A set of fifty favours for a christening and a set of two hundred for a wedding are different jobs, in materials and in hours. Quoting a number here would mean quoting the wrong one.
How far ahead should I ask?
The earlier the better, and four weeks before the date is comfortable for most projects. If your date is sooner than that, say so in the message — we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. For larger orders we agree the design with you and make one piece before the rest is produced, so nothing is a surprise.
Do you work from my design, or make one?
Either. Send what you already have, or tell us the theme and colours and we design it with you.
