Do all the pieces have to use the same photo?
No. Use a different picture on every piece, or the same one on all of them — whatever you like. The pack size just tells us how many pieces to make.
What kind of photo works?
Anything taken on a phone in the last few years is fine. What does not work is a screenshot, a picture saved from a chat app, or a photo of a photo — those arrive already blurry and we cannot fix them. If your file is too small, our uploader tells you before you pay.
Will I see it before you print?
It depends on what you ordered. For photo pieces — magnets, polaroids and bookmarks — we print the photo you upload, cropped to the shape of the piece. There is no proof to approve, and that is what keeps them ready in two business days. If a crop looks doubtful to us, we email you before printing.
For anything with a custom design — invitations and party favors — yes. We send you a digital proof and we do not print until you approve it.
How big are they, really?
Smaller than people expect. A photo magnet is 2 × 2 in — a square just under the height of a credit card. The small polaroid is 2.8 × 3.1 in, about a credit card standing on its end. The large polaroid is 3.5 × 4.7 in, about the size of a postcard. The bookmark is 1.6 × 2.8 in, a little over half the width of your phone.
Will a photo from an old phone still work?
Usually, yes. These are small pieces, so they need far less resolution than a print. A photo from a 2012 phone is normally enough for a 2 × 2 inch magnet. Our uploader checks it for you.
How long does it take?
Two business days to make, then 2 to 5 business days in the post with USPS. Every order ships with tracking.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the problem within 14 days and we make it again, free. You keep the original and you do not ship anything back. See Returns & Reprints for the full policy.
How does it arrive?
In a white box with tissue paper and a ribbon, not an envelope. If you are sending it straight to someone as a gift, it arrives ready to hand over.
